has anyone else been banned for 'macroing'?

using evernus margin tool is only thing i can think of ive possibly done wrong

If you have been banned then CCP will have told you why.

Have you done any RMT or bought items for money outside of Eve etc? Can be many reasons why you was banned but they should have told you.
