Hotkeys resetting theirselves to default.

I play with a very specific hotkey set, and every now and then (Seems like every other month or so.) they'll out of nowhere reset theirselves to default. Now it's normally not a big deal but Jesus Christ I rebind like 40 different keys. (eve standard hotkey layout is trash.)

Please, is there any way I could save like a file or something to avoid this in the future? I recently reformatted my desktop, had to rebind it on three different characters, opened my laptop, did the same thing, and then just yesterday my alt reset to defaults _AGAIN_ with no prompt from main.

Any help.

Seriously what the ****. This has now happened within 2.5 weeks of eachother. Not only are my hotkeys different but my windows/chats everything are different. Can someone _PLEASE_ help me. This is getting agonizing.
