Oh, totally! Cooking is totally fun, even though I'm awful at it. I've, like, burnt my eyebrows off trying to cook before, but, it was totally fine, not a big deal!

Kicking in a microwarp drive. I feel like there's wind on my face, and I can feel the blood in my veins. A close second is the warm sensation of a cloaking device... Which, has another, odd, sensation as well.

In your opinion, what's the biggest innovation in the last three years?

Solar flares. It's a guilty pleasure of mine.

Find some out of the way system in the Great Wildlands with the right kind of star, then just... bask in it. The flares can be just about predictable enough that I can plot a course to stay in one for as long as I can, just feeling the staggering power, heat and radiation in damn near every spectrum scouring the shields. All of it, no localized burn or impact like hostile fire but all of it. My entire... well, the entire surface of the shield - even the occluded part - all feeling... "warm" as it were.

You can just blank your mind entirely and enjoy a singularly unique and uniform sensation bathing your entire body. Or hull.

At the right ranges, it does no shield damage at all, while giving the full experience harmlessly.

I have often thought that is how my days would end should I ever grow tired enough of New Eden to cease... well, being. Just find a spot like that way out of civilized areas, send the crew off in their pods after powering down all but the essentials and reducing my signature to the point where I drown in the star's interference and then just...

... sleep, in the warm glow. Until something wakes me or the life support dies.

What do you foresee your final end to be like?

Started with my Rifter loss against a Tengu and I had cared about my ship losses ever since. Else I wouldn't bother trying to be a better captain after each combat loss.

Do you analyse your ship loss to figure out what went wrong? If so, what are your methods?

No. Not really. Usually when I have a ship explode on me, I willingly put myself at risk to get there. I know precisely how it ended up happening fairly quickly. That just comes with flying a lot and being smart about taking risks, which really just happens with experience. I spend far more time teaching other usually newer pilots how to minimize risk, however.

What system, constellation or region calls out most to you and why? That is, where do you enjoy living most and why?

No idea, really. I can still be said to still be at that vagabond stage. Go to one place, stay for a while (measured in years), then move on. I'm still looking for my Arcadia.

Have you ever heard the call of the (space) roads? Do you heed? If not, how do you resist?

Space Roads? Hm. If you're asking if I'm much of a nomad, I am still somewhat. I've got an HQ but travel a ton. I did 250 jumps the other day inside of twenty four hours for no other reason than because I could do it and it was a useful task to help someone out.

Tell us about a fond memory of yours from before you were an egger. Not a question, I know, more of a prompt for a hopefully interesting response.

Hmm. A difficult one. This is going to come across as 'edgy' or something, I'm sure, but fond memories are hard to come by when you're dealt some pretty **** hands by the universe at most times in your life. There are of course some fond memories from my upbringing as a slave, but they tend to drown a bit in the memories that are less... enjoyable. In spite of the circumstances, I do think fondly of that night when my slavery ended even though the memories largely consists of screams, utter terror and pain. I warned you, 'edgy' alert is blinking here.

I think fondly of the security manager at the station where I indulged in the 'poor pitiful me' stage of youth, along with drugs, alcohol and gang fights. He saved my life, quite literally, as I lost my eyesight to the failed attempt at bombing station infrastructure. Not me, of course, but some 'faithful' that had decided martyrdom for the Amarr was the right way forward.

Hmm. I think there is one that's without the taint of 'edginess' and connection to trouble.

A somewhat insular clan took in a young drug addled and combative woman, initially solely because through coincidence and chance, her bloodline through generations of slavery had remained about as pure as Gripdjur blood gets. They patiently - and shall we say concussively at times - got her clean, taught her the ways of the Matari, the Sebiestor and the Gripdjur. They never gave up on her even when she gave up on them, repeatedly.

She... well, I... owe them everything. My fondest memory from before I became a capsuleer was the day my true face was finally revealed to New Eden. The day when my efforts - and their titanic efforts - came to fruition and a slave girl from the Island of Thule rose above it all and emerged into the light as Gripdjur in heart, body, mind and spirit.

Edited to add: I realize the Island of Thule is probably not a term known to most. It's a name from ancient myths, mostly lost to time and probably reinvented who knows how many times, but it denotes a place far beyond the lands of the clan. With no family name of my own, and hailing from far beyond our world the name Del'thul, 'Of Thule' or 'from the Island of Thule' was given to me. This is my most prized possession.

Of course, since then my own mistakes and the betrayal of others have ensured I can never return there, but that is my fondest memory of my pre-capsuleer life. That one moment that is forever seared into my mind. The moment when I was home. When I were where I belonged. Nothing lasts forever and I no longer belong anywhere, but this memory will last for at least a lifetime.

Tell me, where do you truly belong?

My loyalty lies with the Empire, that much is certain. But as for a settled home? Still looking. I suppose I'm a kind of nomad, but not really by choice and not exactly comfortable with it, but every time I come close to putting down roots something lures (or pushes) me away.

Favourite candidate for the Stellar Council? I know, I know it's a political one and they're not exactly all that empowered with CONCORD, but it's topical!

It has been a single day since they opened announcements up. I've seen maybe one that I like but overall I'm not really impressed so far by any of them. The only one I'm remotely interested in voting for so far is Steve.

On One of my Trips through Federal Space, I came across a Restaurant wherein one of the Food Items that was One of their Specialities , was a Range of Pasta Rings that were Stuffed with Different Mixtures. Fillings included Meats, Sauces, Cheeses, and Vegetables.
They were very Tasty, and were quite Intricate in their Construction.

Angel Cartel fleet ships or just cartel designed, period?

Cartel specific ships, probably the Dramiel is my favorite among them for its capability and its form.

Cartel-designed ships, on the other hand, probably the Vehement. I'm presently building one, and so its kind of my favorite project right now.

Favourite? The Gila.

Most despised? Also the Gila.

Fast, stiff shield tank, medium drones that are like mini-warships. Can kite and brawl equally well. Goodness me!

Ahaaaa, I don't fly any such thing and never have! All the time you lot are talking about boat this and boat that. We fly them, surely, but one has hobbies too? No?

A rig out in the middle of a calm ocean connected to the mainland by a wind-rider hydroplane. There will be a workshop, a lab, common and recreational space and a library with actual paper books. Food and water will be supplied by hydroponics, poultry farm and water desalination plant. Just need to be careful that Isi doesn't decide to supplement our diet with vat-meat. Our power needs will be met with micro-fission reactor and windmills.

Though if I were to have that in reality, I will also need auto-turret emplacements and storm-breakers too. And many security drones.

Do you prefer a life of exertion or a sedentary lifestyle?

If I'm not working and doing something in some way, I feel useless and restless. Therefore, I always have another project to work on or something to occupy my mind and time. So after the Vehement I mentioned? Probably a Naglfar or an Archon. Maybe a second Thanatos. These would mostly just be to end up selling them for profit, but nonetheless its something to do because if I stop, I may as well retire again.
