Ban instructions to forums

Over years there has been countless complaints in forum general area when people receive ban and they get email that explains nothing why they received ban. These complaints are naturally closed. I propose improvement for customer service when you receive ban.

In general forum area there could be locked and stickied thread made by CCP that gives you instructions how to deal with sudden ban. Instructions could include stuff like

- how to make complaint about your ban.
- how to ask second opinion from game masters and later ask for senior game master to view your case.
- what to do if you don't know reason for your ban.
- what to do if your case isn't handled for long time.
- relevant links that contain information about bans. links like
https://community.eveonline.com/support/policies/suspension-and-ban-policy/
- what not to do when you receive ban like make multiple petitions or make forum post.
- updated list for new reasons why people could get ban like gambling.

Comments are welcome for my idea.

I think we should have one forum for "rants". IB4L.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
