Not everyone would consider it evil in that specific case, but generally awoxing your CEO is on the evil side of play.

A good starting point would be to gank people and make them sing on coms. You can always expand to fanfest and tell others to find and kill ganked players in game, if they cry and want you to leave them alone. Then you can think about establishing some dictatorship and building walls.

Easy: create an alpha, train to fly Catalyst, harass a player for 1 month non stop, CCP will ban you, rinse, repeat. Create an army/corp of alphas doing this same thing and call it : UBER CODE. Then create a web site and publish all your **** with the chats logs.

In addition to the excellent replies regarding creating a newbie friendly corp (or taking over one), an added twist is that the corp is supposedly an anti-ganking one. Gather all the angry carebears to you and then...

Teach them what New Eden is really like.

(Q: Is it really evil to teach others what the harsh reality of New Eden is?)

You also forgot about IP's, changing the email will not do you any good.

Personally I'd classify CODE. as Chaotic good.

Pure "chaotic evil" is afk botting isk farmers. They are the lowest of the low.

I'm not affiliated to CODE. in any way, but they are playing the game in a way that interacts with other players, they are no-where near as bad as botters. Not even close.

If you play the game within the rules, you are not, and cannot be "Pure Evil".

Well.... You can apply any semantics to what they do. But talking about pure in-game mechanics they do 'evil': they do lawless aggression and receive CONCORD punishment.
