One option that may work is to find corps that regularly camp gates and befriend them.

Used to do this back in the day, we'd camp the gates anyway, so getting a kick-back from a few local miners to leave them alone while we were doing it was a bonus. We didn't charge much tbh, it was just a little extra for doing what we were going to do anyway.

There was also the offer of cheap replacement ships etc. given that some of those miners also built stuff in low sec. Saved on time spent with a neutral hauler (sec status being somewhat iffy at that time) bringing in needed equipment. Mutual benefits, very little extra effort required...Win-Win.
