My Raitaru does not reflect correctly my services

I am at a loss.

In system clicking the industry icon and then selecting facilities I can see my facility show up however it only shows "Material Efficiency Research Icon and DOES Not show the TE Research Icon or the Copy Icon?

I have the following rigs loaded:

ME Research Accelerator
ME Research Cost Optimization
TE Research Accelerator

Not sure what I did wrong that does not show everyone who checks what services my Raitaru can provide.

Any thoughts?

Oh and one more thing - It does not show up and you CAN NOT actually copy Blueprints either. So not just a matter of not showing up the service also does not work.

Edit: Never mind, seems to be a bug, others in thread below yours talking about it as well.

I can confirm this.

I have a Copy Accelerator instead of a ME Research Cost Optimizer, but have both ME and TE Research Accelerators as well.

Do you have the service modules installed, onlined, and fueled? Having the rigs is meaningless if you dont have the service related service module running.
