What can I make with these minerals?

Hi there, been playing a long time, and I always see spreadsheets and other tools that tell me what I need to make something. However, is there a tool/db out there that tells me what I can make from selected minerals?

Example.
Say I have some Tritanium, Omber and Pyerite. Which blueprints require ONLY those (1, 2 or all 3) minerals to produce?

Almost everything in eve is going to require more than just HS minerals so you will have to buy at least Zydrine and Megacite for T1 ships and Modules

T2 requires moon goo products with HS minerals being a fairly small part of the value .

T3 requires WH related products (Sleeper salvage and Gas).

You..

You just gave me an idea! Haha! Now I have to drop my current project and code this thing. And yeah, a quick check on some tools out there asks for only _one_ material input. I've tried multiple item searches (like what you wanted) and it brings back nothing. Either I missed a separator needed, or it really doesn't accept multiple item searches.

This should be easy to do TS, and I get where you're coming from.

Now.. I need a.. materials list..

If I remember right, there are some types of missiles and other ammunition you can produce only with HS-minerals. That would be Tritanium, Pyerite, Isogen and Mexallon. And in some small numbers, Nocxium. Everything else you can only get outside HighSec. (Or if you're really lucky, from Ore Anomalies. Or if you're really brazen, by sneaking a Prospect into a wormhole and nibbling on the asteroids you find there.)

By the way, Omber is an ore and a good source for Isogen and Mexallon, but not a mineral. P

lol, thanks, I wrote this in a hurry and the minerals you mentioned where what I was thinking of.

, Excellent! let me know when it's done! :)

I know there are plenty of items to make using only HS minerals. It would just be nice to look at my mined minerals and say "Hmm, know what can I make with this?"

So, if I have 100,000 trit and 65,000 pyrite and 25,000 mex. I plug it in, and get a list of BPO's that use only those minerals input and how many runs I can make. Efficiencies, time and profits would be nice too, but not completely necessary.

Omber is an ore, not a mineral. It gives you trit, pyerite, and isogen.

Probe launchers.

Some of the lower-damage ammo.

Survey scanners.

Or just put it on the market and make it someone else's problem.

Thanks, but I think we already established all of this; including the Omber flub - I mispoke, but thanks for pointing it out again. Blink

The point of the tool would be to see what the pilot has enough minerals for to build and potentially see which items will produce the best profit for said minerals. Yes, I get it, I could just go out an buy a bunch of ammo BPO's and arbitrarily produce ammo and hope I produce the best profits. But knowing what I can make with what minerals I have already will help me make that choice.

Honestly, if you have a low reprocessing %, you may just be better off selling the ore. If you have a decently high %, sell the minerals. Most of what you'll be suggested to manufacture from hisec minerals is going to be markets with a severe glut of those items. At best you'll make the same isk that the ore or minerals would fetch, worst case, it's a massive loss. By all means, give it a try if you desire, but I'm just mentioning this as someone who tried something similar. 95-99% (just a guess mind you) of tech 1 stuff you find for sale or would like to make and sell in hisec is most likely going to be sitting either at mineral cost, or below mineral cost.

You may find a goal to be tech 2 production, whether ammo, ships, or modules, as it seems there's a LOT of margin for trial and error there. Additionally, you can also use sites such as www.eve-cost.eu to look at different things, find out the materials you need, and whether or not there's profit for you based on different parameters.

There seems to be a focus on this thread suggesting that I am only wanting to do this for HS minerals. I would like to see this for all minerals.

My Reprocessing skill is at level V, along with 10 level V and 2 level IV ore reprocessing skills, and Level IV Scrap Metal Reprocessing less than two days from now. I've been mining (HS and LS) and selling the mins, but that's getting a little boring. would just like a quicker way of seeing what I can make with what I mine.
