Are there any plans for a new API checker?

The current API Jackknife is sorely out of date. It is missing plenty of skills, ships, items etc... and the overall layout is neither intuitive or informative. Instead of creating graphs and charts of data, it presents it in a similar way to the UI already in eve thus no real benefit to the pilots who want to look at trends or interactive charts/graphs. If there are any developers out there who read this, please consider working on a new eve API checker. Thanks!

P.S. graphs of isk earned/spent would be nice

The number of Corps/Allances that actually need to check APIs is inversely proportional to the paranoia about checking APIs.

The reality is OP, nobody knows you. Nobody knows your Corp or your Alliance. There is no one really interested in spying on you, because like 99% of the rest of the player base, we aren't important.

Ease up. Let people in. It'll be more fun for everyone that way.

Dracvlad - "...Your intel is free intel, all you do is pay for it..." && "...If you warp on the same path as a cloaked ship, you'll make a bookmark at exactly the same spot as the cloaky camper..."

I am more interested in a new API checker for personal use not really for corp or alliance checks. Big alliances have their own authentication systems anyway. I think some cool graphs and charts about your characters would be fun for everyone to use!

This is why your corp hanger is going to disappear someday. Small corps that don't do background checks are prime targets for corp thieves looking for a quick couple bil.

My corp hangar? I'm in an NPC Corp.

As for small corps not doing background checks, where did I say that?

However, risk is easy to manage without calling for APIs from new recruits that discourage people from joining and often do little more than give small Corps/Alliances a false sense of security.

APIs for people you want to give roles too, sure. But new recruits into a Corp? If you are giving them access to assets you want to protect, then that's pretty stupid to begin with. API checks aren't going to protect against that level of stupid.
