adjustedPrice / base item cost crest

hey


so I'm trying to get the base item cost / adjustedPrice from crest i been trying 2 different URL

https://crest-tq.eveonline.com/market/prices/

and

https://public-crest.eveonline.com/market/prices/


one off them responses with some data but this data seems to be wrong compared to the game

example

but in game it says the base item cost is 15990400 isk

how can i get the currently used in game base item cost?
