astronautic engineering no longer seeded?

okay i finally got around to injecting all of my science skills, problem is, i went to go buy astronautic engineering and there is 0 in any region, i've warped through gal/cal/amarr space, not one order is found in the market, is it being removed?

Not many skill books on the market now since we do not need it anymore. Only cance is to find a player who wants to sell one.
NPC stations/corps do not sell it.

There seems to be one for sale in Jita 4-4 for tad under 60Billion ISK if you REALLY REALLY want it. However its totally useless as the description says.

Some T2 ships, datacore agents, they pulled it out superfast prolly was introduced by accident.

Astronautics Engineering was removed circa 2006. It was only available for a short time.

Much harder to get is Black Market Trading, which you could only be born with.

Then there are the Industrial-specific module skills that were removed when that plan was abandoned.

I also think there was a skill for mine laying.
