Getting a 7 Day ban because I tried to help my corpies

Hello.

It is my sad duty to inform you that your account has been suspended from our server for 7 days due to exploiting a bug in game for your personal gain. Namely this is about destroying ships trying to enter Tasti on January 28th, while the system did not load due to an issue.


My main character B4LT4Z4R BL4KE account just got banned for a so called *exploit* on Tasti gate when what I simply did was tyring to help my copries who got tackled on that gate and I didn't even know the fact that the gate didn't work at all .
Now when you exploit somthing is because u know about a so called *bug* . And In the case of that gate considering I didn't know about the bug the only thing I actually killed was a cynoed manticore who for sure was not about to drop my corpies who got tackled .I wanna thank CCP for taking my money and for giving me a 7 ban for something I didn't even know about . It is definitely my fault for the game network and totally my fault for exploiting a bug i didn't even know about in defending my corpies who got tackled on the gate , I will make sure to let them die next time in silence . I also like the fact that I got banned after making a nice purchase of a 6 plex pack and subbing for 2 more months for both my accounts . Thank you for your nice game CCP , I will make sure to buy next month 1 more 6 pack plex and 2 subs again , yeah right ! Good luck with your game , as far as i'm concerned you just lost a loyal customer and someone who never exploited anything in my entire eve career . You can perma ban all my accounts as far as I'm concerned I will not play this Game anymore , not when I'm accused and banned unjustly . Good luck with your alpha clones hope u will right click and ban people for no reason at all and for things they don't even know about , but hey It's gonna be their fault for CCP network not working and for not knowing about the *bugs * and trying to save corp members from being killed .

How can be an exploit to a server issue? And ban a char for kill a ship because server problem? Is that simply?

So let me get this straight; You're some old time player with that much investment and you're throwing it away over a 7 day ban? Doesn't that seem a bit like an overreaction?

Also how did you NOT know the system was down in that scenario if your corp was so involved there? Just not buying it. IB4L.

Our servers weren't ready to accept connections, therefor you exploited it by trying to play.
It's your fault that our servers weren't ready but you were able to connect.

Sounds less like an exploit and more like a bug, unless you somehow caused that system to crash Roll. I would be equally annoyed about being banned for this OP, considering you played within the game rules. If CCP have a problem with their servers, they should fix that, apologise and reimburse related losses, not ban people just for playing the game. Poor show CCP.

Well considering I was banned for somthing i didn't know about when I was just trying to save my corpies , yes . Just not very long ago came back to eve after a long break , but this is to much so yeah Good Luck with your game CCP I will not waste my time and money for EVE anymore .
