Howdy!

I've been away from EVE for a long time and trying to get back into action and feel today's pulse. Can anyone tell me if there is any market for T2 ship or module BPC's as I have 1000+ runs of different T2 ship BPC's and 10000+ runs of T2 module BPC's and selling them might get me started again.

Thanks in advance for all info!

I can tell you that there will be some interest yes. You just need to put a value to them and put them up in the sell order section. You'll get hits. I'm actually interested too. Just all depends on the price and what you have.

Shoot me an evemail with what you have if you can, and maybe some prices?

I'm currently making a list of SHIP BPC's (posting it in the next hour) and later on mods/drones/charges&whatnots Big smile

Damn guys, getting used to all that's changed in EVE takes time! Shocked

Oh yes, a LOT has changed. You'll get it though. Just let me know what all you have. I may be interested in buying most of it.

OK, I have now punched in all the T2 ship bpc's on a Libre Office document @ GOOGLE DRIVE

EDIT: T2 DRONE BPC's added to sheet

Go take a look and comment on a general level, so I can get an idea fo their worth preferably in a bulk sale.

Thanks!

If you like I can appraise them all individually for a small fee.

I've seen people try to sell mass amounts of T2 BPCs before, but they could never sell everything they produced. Building is probably the most sure-fire way to realize their profit (and maximum profit), and it might even be less effort, or at least more ISK per effort, than trying to sell them in my opinion. The only way I've sold T2 BPCs is in unsorted bulk auction contracts starting at <1m/BPC.

Keep in mind that some T2 BPCs with certain stats produced prior the the Crius research were buffed and are now impossible to recreate, ME 9 TE 18 JF BPCs in particular can be quite valuable because the highest ME you can invent them with now is 5.

For anyone who considering inventing as a business, here's some ideas I've had:-

Pricing is difficult and there's going to be a lot of trial and error so use IPH or similar to find manufacturing profit, you have to price your BPCs somewhere above your cost that makes it still profitable enough for the builder, I found that difficult. Some BPCs may sell for higher than the build profit, perhaps for ones that aren't listed on contracts, but don't count on it.

To start with check products' volumes/build profits and invent based on that until you have a better feel for the market.

I would suggest that you diversify your products, don't just invent the most expensive, or highest profit BPC; set a minimum profit threshold and produce a wide basket of anything at or above that. Check what is selling well and consider producing more of those, if you have to relist the exact same BPC you're wasting taxes and time so good bookkeeping and quick production line switching may improve profits more than just producing the flavour of the month.

Consider multiple sales avenues and advertising locations, corp/alliance, Sell Orders, r/Evejobs, in-game billboards, EVE-Radio, other EVE fansites/blogs. I found that spamming in-game chat channels is a waste of time because of how much you need to do it before finding a customer, whereas on the forums people still find my threads months after my last bump. Contact repeat customers and offer them better deals for bulk purchases, or custom orders.

Thanks Elizabeth for your input!

I have now updated the cloud document with T2 module BPC's aswell. I guess I need to do some price checking over the weekend and then decide where to go from there.

Have a nice weekend everyone!
