Akagi is a part of I-RED, to be sure, but without getting into specifics, this payment arrangement existed before we decided to target Nauplius. We weren't, and aren't, lacking for funding.

Anything more, is at the pleasure of I-RED's duly appointed representative to disclose, or not, in accordance with the needs of the alliance.

This is accurate. Specific details of the contract that was agreed upon at Akagi's joining will not be disclosed, understandably. But I can confirm what Ishikari-haani said.

I will attempt to clarify a bit more for you, Miss Ayallah.

The contract agreed upon between I-RED and Akagi has, (as shown in this report and statements by Ishikari-haani and myself), a payment scheduled from I-RED to Akagi. The contract was established before Akagi made the decision to declare war on Hoi Andrapodistai.

What they use their payment on is not determined by us, and solely up to their discretion. I-RED did not create the agreement with any subsidizing of war in mind. It is an exchange of security services which they have already been providing (and we are deeply thankful for), and will continue to provide based on the contract agreement.
