Mouse malfunction after switching screens

I play eve with alts, and I set each client on a different desktop and switch between the desktops, same as alt tab in windows I believe. When I switch between desktops to another client my mouse will intermittently malfunction, a left click of the mouse registers as a right click in the client, a right click on the mouse also registers as a right click.

The only way to fix it so is switching to another desktop, left clicking again and switching back. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times. Its very frustrating when you have to get sometime done quickly and the client does not respond correctly to your inputs. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix?

I have a late 2013 27 inch Imac, running OSX 10.11.

I have similar problems. I have found that if I use Command-Tab to switch active windows that the mouse reliably works. However, I do left click to select the active window most of the time it works. When the mouse malfunctions in the EVE window, I Command-Tab to another window and back to the Wine window and the mouse works.

Hope that helps!

The issue seems to stim from Wine, as I suffer the same issue as well. The issue is, that the Wine window isn't moving to the front (you can see this as the wording is grayed out) and becoming the active window.
Not sure how to fix it, but not that hard to duplicate, just play EVE with more than one client.
