You can already try it out by enabling dev builds and selecting one of the 2.0 staging versions in the launcher preferences.

I haven't done any real testing yet on changes/improvements but it seemed to be running well.

That's good for o know. I will test this weekend.

I normally don't dig into the developer stuff unless someone from CCP says they need stuff tested. I just want to really know how close we are for killing off DX9

I was wondering if I can somehow play with DX11 (macbook pro 15" retina, mid2015) as well...it's pretty stupid I cannot use high video settings when i'm playing

I tried to turn off DX11 via the launcher preferences, but in game it is still DX 9
