Hi all,

My POS was attacked, they incapacitated my Guns and Modules. What is my fastest option to rep them back up again? All options will be with 3 ships (3 accounts)

Option #1

Exequror X 3

3x T2 Medium Armor Reps + T2 Medium Rep Drones

Option #2

Dominix X 3

6x T2 Large Armor Reps + T2 Heavy Rep Drones

NOTE:

I am in a C3 WH, so no capita

If you cap-chain 3x Augruors you will have much more rep power and 3x Osprey for shields.

Not super expensive and very replacable.

The best option would be 3x Guardian for armor and 3x Basilisk for shield but they cost a tad more then the former.

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!

So if you haven't trained into a T2 Logi, a Domi will still beat a Exeq even thought the Exeq is bonused.

FYI, All ships are cap stable.

The Exequorer and the minmatar one are made for solo-work while the Augruor and Osprey have the bonus for fleet work, hence the cap chain, which they are bonused for.

You don't have to train logistic for that since time is of the essence. All of those ships are the baseline for the t2 models and everyone can fly them when they train any of their cruiser skill.

And if you already know what you will be doing and don't want to listen, why did you ask in the first place?

Nobody is stopping you.

I was only assuming the 3 Domis would out rep the Exeq.

I haven't had do do this much repping. So had no baseline to go off. I will look into the Aug's for fleet reps.

A T2 6X large Rep Domi can rep almost double compaired to a Augour with 4X medium T2. It is however much slower /has short range and you need to go almost full regen. you may lose a lot of repping because you are having to travel from module to module.

Also costs a butt tonne extra (you don't need rigs to make it work so if you go that route at least you don't need to waste rigs. )

Scythe, exequror and their T2 counterparts get heavy bonus to logistics drones where a full optimized wing match the repping/boosting power of a high slot.
So if your Augs and ospreys have 3/2 the minnie and gallente reps more, if they are 4/1 its even.
The drones doesnt work on the POS itself, due to short range.

exequror is the best choice.

1. cheap
2. easy to fit
3. has the range to work on multiple targets w/out travelling

Strategy

1. fill your targeting que
2. put 1 rep on each module
3. divide out drones across remaining targeted modules
4. while repair is occurring:
a. make a sandwitch
b. take a shower
c. bubble bath?
d. and so on

Check back and switch modules as necessary. Unless all your modules are on top of each other - the short rep range of the domi will give you much travel time between modules. The exq also adds a fair margin of safety to the operation. If you by pass the afk options and sit at the keyboard it's easier to get it back into the safety of the pos shield compared to a domi. It's more difficult to bump off the shields. It's rep range allows you to orbit/hover just outside the pos shields so you can make a quick move to avoid combat.

1 of 2 things is going on. Some bored folks just stront checked your tower OR you're being invaded. If it was a random stront check - you have all the time in New Eden to get your stuff back online. If you're being invaded - neither of your proposed options are going to help much. You need other tactics.
