Custom Skins and Clothes

Idea for Development:

I believe EVE is losing a lot in not having "Custom Skins and Clothes" available to Players and Corporations.

A Corporation or Player, should be able to Request the Development of Custom Skins or Clothes from CCP, to be used exclusively by that Player or exclusively by Members of that Corporation.

I am not proposing that this be done for free.
CCP could charge for developing and sell the Skins and Clothes at the "New Eden Store".

The big difference is in the exclusivity.
Where only the Player or Members of a Corporation can actually make use of them.

How much would it cost to make a fleshtone thorax skin?

And why should it be exclusively for the use of one corp? Why would they not be able to sell the things on like you can with everything else?

I would like everyone in my corporation to use a red skin with flames...

they have a program easy enough for players to use and limited enough that we wont get things like dicks and hello kitty

however they mad so much money when they went to test if players would be interested in it that any hope of player made skins sunk like a rock
