Hello, I would simply like to reintroduce myself to the Intergalactic Summit as it has been quite some time since I was last present here.

I am Viktor Revon, known otherwise as Raven. I have held loyalties with the State for quite some time, despite my short time as a pirate. I was formerly a prominent figure in another IGS in another place, but those days have long since passed with that IGS having very little more than a few creaks as it has fallen into disrepair. I may also be known for my hatred of the Federation, as they took from me everything, but failed to take me as well.

Regardless of your politics in the stars. I would like to extend a warm greeting to you all, for I am here to stay now.
