Transfer Ownership of Citadel while unanchoring?

So if I transfer the ownership of a citadel while it's un-anchoring, does that reset the timer?

Hmmm... after some reseach, then it seems citadels can't really be transfered.

So I guess, you just gotta wait til it's unanchored and then exchange the citadel.

It's actually an engineering complex and I've already transferred it while it was un-anchoring. Just wondering if that resets the timer?

I've found nothing on it.

Hmmm... dunno then.

All I got was that you can't transfer in highsec and while under a dec. Since your corp is decced (at least the one on this char) I figured you can't transfer.
