A little wisdom for the thinking mind.

There is software and there is hardware.

Software has a signature that is written/coded into it's language. The script alphabetical/symbolic and the signature is associated with the hardware/keys used to write it.

Hardware is a material product. Hardware is things like, chips, motherboards, plugs and batteries/transformers.

All hardware has something called a nomenclature.

Unlike Lego blocks who have nomenclatures per specific shape, hardware (unlike plastic-ware) has nomenclature per piece. It has a barcode for every Lego block.

To run software and see the results on the monitor the hardware uses the plug and transformer as well as a decryption key.

You can't hack without these components even if they are self produced.

Once the 01/Binary protocol has run through the computer chip the monitor checks the signatures on the data and sends the packet of information to the monitor which displays it using simple render technology. Once rendered the script is decoded. One can not see work being produced without rendering.

So, no matter how much encryption software you have...

There is no way to encrypt a processor hardware chip, being that it IS hardware: Which uses a binary system to send code to a PLUG and then the monitor pulls BINARY information from there to RENDER something comprehensible.

You are all fired for not being necessary in life or death. I know this and so should you. You should have made yourself indispensable before committing yourself to being "hackers".

Only the mainframe can hack. The monitor can not.

So MI1 was a good movie.

Your Work Stations are stupid.

Miss Kim does it better than you Mister Ephesianos. Much better.

Which is to say, you suck! You suck so much, you make vacuum cleaners look bad!

When you need to hack and hack good, you don't grab monitors or mainframes.

You grab a hatchet.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

He's speaking in metaphor. I'd be more interested if I thought he really had wisdom to offer.

Poetry and metaphor are good for coming indirectly at concepts that are hard to discuss directly. They're also good for hiding foolishness behind a fog of words, though, which is what I think Mr. Ephesianos does.

Sounds like he read 'Programming for Dummies' while under the haze of one booster or another and suddenly get a 'revelation' he just couldn't help but share *right now*.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

Has one tried turning it off and then on?

Let's be honest here Mister Onzo... Everyone would just leave it off permanently.

This is the approach I tend to take after a while too. High-tech problem, low-tech solution. Immensely satisfying.
