My fellow followers in faith,, within the Amarr religion there is an ancient tradition. Over the years this tradition has grown and become a tree of many branches. The tradition I am talking of is the belief in the emergence of the Savants.

The Savants are men that emerge from the common humanity to become great. The greatest mankind has ever seen, greater than it thought possible for a man to become.

We the mass of humanity, writhing in our filth and failed dreams, the only meaningful purpose of our lives is to support the Savants. This is our greatest honour, even to die for them.

Every now and then a false prophet, or even worse A FALSE SAVANT emerges.

They take and take and take.

The faithfuls love, their hopes, their devotion,. And of course all their materials and even pilots, to follow their cause.

HOW CAN WE KNOW IF A SAVANT IS FALSE?

A savant is revealed by their works. They will have a constant and unending range of challenges beyond our comprehension. But ultimately a Savant prevails. A Savant, maybe not at first against such immense odds - for instance like the living Saint Omir in his time of tribulation and exhile before he found a true calling in Leadership.

To this end, I announce to this pathetic meaningless yet endless drivel crafting community, that Civil War has been declared.

BLACK ARMADA AND ITS LEADERSHIP ARE IMPOSTERS AND A THREAT TO SURVIVAL OF THE AMARR MILITA

Under their leadership, the entire might of the Amarr Empire was held back by a fleet of 30 Firetails in Auga.
Such gross incompetence cannot be seen as the sign of greatness.

ANY MEMBER OF BLACK ARMADA OR ANY MEMBER OF THE AMARR MILITIA WHO COLLABORATES WITH THEM ARE TARGETS OF RIGHTEOUS RETRIBUTION.

You are warned. Unlike the rest of this petty point scoring knitting club here, these words are followed through.

I find myself wanting to ask the question why you would even post this announcement here, given your obvious disgust with the community.

I have not seen such failure for quite a while. Their plan of overunning us with low-tech ships was an mistake to put it mildy.

Another attempt was made again with more expensive punishers and inquisitors. They died and their Fleet was scattered with no attempt to continue the fight. Is this even a siege? or is this something else?

Best of luck to both of the Amarrian counterparts. May you obliterate eachother.

You are mistaken if you think this turns out well for you.

The disatisfaction is with a new group within Amarr that has used
bluster over brains and has half the militia convinced they are what led us to this success.

Well the smallest alliance in the militia just called them out for incompetence and will proceed to lay waste to them for weeks to come.

We shall be on the Amarr and Jita undocks. We shall be in their bomber missions. We shall be ambushing their fleets.

They shall be denied income, refuge and they shall be shown up for their inneffectiveness.

This is not disorder within the Amarrian ranks. This is the Amarrian way.

There is a blood price to rule. And it is due.

A Blooder sympathizer and self-proclaimed Sabik claiming their actions are not an effort to cause disarray within the Crusade is laughable. You're scum, the vermin gushing through the cracks within our once glorious Empire. Nothing more then a by-product of the soft profit grubbing 'nobles' who claim to sit upon our throne.

I pray for the day when the Crusade turns in on you and rips such a ungodly soul from its domain. Until then the righteous blades of my fellow brothers and sister will have to suffice. Consider yourself warned blasphemous wretch.

It would seem that the majority of a year spent away from the Pendulum Wars is insufficient, as I still end up learning far more than I'd like to about the state of affairs. While these things are usually depressing, this is downright sad. Well, it's good news if you are invested in the bloodsport scoreboards, but quite sad when you have a taste for enemies that provides a worthy challenge.

We have here a group of 24th adherents that have blown up their egos by having been successful in past seasons of the bloodsport, briefly tried to stick their toes out in more dangerous waters and got them bit off, returning to find that they're far less successful this time around and after blustering far too hard got kicked fairly viciously in the teeth.

This is of course not their fault. They made the posters and the videos, and their skill and assets are of course more than up to the task. This is the fault of the others. Another group hoovering up alphas and numbers are making a lot of noise while not performing quite as well as advertised. This then strikes a blow both against the ego of the first group (how dare they be more visible than us) and the siege.

So of course, wounded pride and a desperate need to reassert relevance leads to the first group taking on a pack of alphas and scrubs largely serving the role of plex fodder and button orbiters, because this will surely show what great and powerful people they are. In spite of having failed miserably at their previous stated goal... surely not through any fault of their own, of course.

When this is the best the 24th can muster, I genuinely pity and mourn for them all. If the nations hadn't so deftly demonstrated already that the Pendulum Wars barely affect them at all, this would bode poorly for the Empire. As it stands, it merely drags the Empire's name through the mud in ways even it does not deserve.

It may be my enemy and will likely remain so for a very long time, but it deserves better than this pitiful nonsense.

Any given day in Auga will be a bad day for the slavers.

They do well to despair, as they do well to cover themselves in those hoods, for the ugliness of their souls has seeped to the outside.
We will not suffer them to live for much longer.

Any given day in Auga will be a bad day for the slavers.
By the fire in our souls, this is prophecy threat and promise. We stand in UNITY.

Amarr is broken, Faith is broken ... The empire is doomed ... It's old glory will be never restored... no matter how many capsuleers you are able to convince of your cause...

Freedom and Liberty will be never defeated ...

The only reason Amarr was allowed to take systems is because economic balance was broken and Minmatar required a devaluation of their lp store. This was only reason why crappy pilots and lame dictators were allowed to move in Minmatar space.

Nothing else...

No matter how strong you say your faith is, it will be never be as strong as Freedom and Liberty.

This civil war is only an excuse weak people give...

if you are trully faith belivers, fu****ing dialog with your pathetic corporations, get together and plan a true siege...

If we will not be entertained by shooting the proverbial 'fish in a barrel' can we at least be entertained by regular updates on the civil war?

It sounds to me like that Amarr old guard are on their last legs numbers wise and are rebelling against a culture change from the new enthusiastic pilots. If the old guard had more influence in the militia the siege would have been salvageable.

Don't delude yourself that Auga is the 'last fortress'. It is simply our designated front line, you have advanced as far as you have at our sufferance.

We are taking appropriate corrective action against a cancer. It's not about loss of influence, you fail to comprehend the state of Amarr when your courageous fighters won the warzone - there literally was no Amarr.

As for your front line... you set it a little close dont you? Didn't want that 9/10ths of the warzone you owned weeks ago anyway?

Goals of the civil war are not to destroy a particular group or alliance, but to reset perceptions of how things are done, since words are not succeeding in getting through.
