System I7, 4 gig, 4 core
GTX 970 vid card - driver updated to to newest release
windows 10

Every time I launch the game the launcher comes up correctly.
I enter logon info, still works correctly.
wheni try to play from there, that's when problems start.

Actions tried:
upgraded from win7 64 professional to win 10
re-installed client on different drive.
cleared cache, deleted cache to force full rebuild. fix permissions.
ran repair tool from windows explorer - found missing files but still wont work.
opened a ticket on support, all they ask for is dxdiag file and log file and tell me to redo what I have already done.

My thoughts:
When I start log lite: line 2 shows red dot, command line is Exefile STARTUP .
then all blue bots until line 172 for directx, executes and says suceessful
169 blue dot Directive lib:root:/code.ccp : C:/EVE/SharedCache/tq/code.ccp
170 blue dot uthread2 registered stackless
171 blue dot Failed to import: No module named gevent
172 green dot Executing DirectXRedist.exe ...
173 green dot Execution of DirectXRedist.exe succeeded
174 Invalid Trinity platform dx11, same if I run directx x9
175 green dot Using Trinity platform stub instead
176 blue dot "A traceback has been generated. It has been logged in the log server as stacktrace #1\r"
177 blue dot "Terminating process by request - returning 0"
178 blue dot "Network layer using: CarbonIO\r"
179 blue dot "Executing DirectXRedist.exe ...\r"
180 blue dot "Starting up Trinity through _trinity_stub_deploy ...\r"
181 blue dot ""
182 blue dot Process 10068 finished with exit code 0

Any suggestions? really would enjoy being able to play again.
Thanks in advance for any help or ideas

Found a work around. From research on other game forums. Somehow when initially installed a registry tag that doesnt show on reg cleaner when uninstalling occurred. so every removal / install still won't clear error. Solution = create a new user account. fresh install. problem solved.
