ok.. I realise this is my mistake for not setting stricter rules for the auction, but there were no bids until the very end and I honestly didn't even expect any. according to the rules, do I have to sell to Marissa or Gattanera? :D I don't want to break too many rules.

You chose who you want to sell to. And if it's the bully of these forums, Marissa, you can do it.

And in-game bids count, she's just using every trick to make you sell to her.

You can return the ISK and cancel the sale, you can accept other bids. Only the transfer counts.

True is she was making an auction and i won the auction at the end, there is no rule in this case, everything is fine.

If you decide to sell to Gattanera then the only rule you brake is your own rule with the auction.

Which part of what I said is not true?

- that you're a bully (please see above)
- that a seller can accept any bid and return the ISK if he so wishes to (please see the rules)
- that in game bids count (what is this then https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=6806024#post6806024)
