If an Engineering Complex goes into reinforced mode, do all of its jobs stop?

I'm guessing all services go offline when there is only structure.

I don't expect the jobs are canceled until it explodes?

Yes, all service modules go offline. The jobs aren't canceled and they resume if armor should be repaired and the service modules are onlined again. However, I don't know if the services go online automatically when armor is repaired or if the owner has to activate them manually. I guess the latter, but I'm not sure.

Jobs are paused.
Module has to be reactivated / onlined again.
Jobs are not accessabile...

Neither can be delivered, if they are ready.
Nor they can be canceld, to get the BPO.
Nor is anything lost, until it explodes.

Let me get this right: once citadel is in structure jobs can't be cancelled and once citadel is destroyed all of the job related materials are lost (as in BPO)?

BPOs in a job run do not drop. Basically if you have a job running, the items that would be consumed in that job can drop as loot. This excludes BPOs but I'm not sure about BPCs that will be gone after the job run.

Fine then BPOs go to asset recovery.
