"Couldn't Get GUI Version info" Host:launcher.eveonline.com not found

I get this message whenever I start the Launcher and there's no way to login to the game. What do I need to do?

https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/213281985-Shared-Cache-Options Follow the steps here. When you get to the fourth step select the VERIFY button. That may correct the issue.
