My account is incorrectly locked in alpha clone

All 3 of my accounts are all set to alpha. And not one of my accounts has ever been an alpha on TQ. The omega command does not work anymore so what went wrong or how do I fix this?

My character is also locked in Alpha state even though it was Omega before the mirror by a good month or 2.

EDIT: Correction, my skills seem wrong too. I've had the Obelisk trained for since before the 18th... By at least 2 weeks.

Please note the mirror was not taken Today, It was just deployed on SISI today.

If you look through the posts here the mirror was taken several weeks ago. Also note the comments about returning accounts and Omega extensions

If you look at what I said. It doesn't matter when the mirror was, this character has not been unsubscribed or downgraded to alpha in over ten years. There is zero reason it should be an alpha clone

And I'm well aware that /omega no longer works which is why I'm asking what has to be done to fix this.

This is not a returning account. Dumb***

I wouldn't be posting on here if CCP hadn't messed up my accounts with the mirror.

Singularity is a testing server. It operates based on the needs of the developer. Its not a test server for players. It IS a test server for CCP to try out different features and patches. Players are invited to Singularity to add real world conditions to the testing grounds. Mirrors of TQ are done based on the needs of CCP and will fluctuate as the Devs need it. Access to the Test Server is offered "AS IS"

The slight problem is that a whole bunch of us from all over the place in new eden, have been waiting for this so we can test out new capital stuff etc. We could for about 12 hours, and now can't, because. It's gonna be a pain on the next mass test when half the players can't actually fly the ships to do the test correctly.

Simply asking CCP to deliver on what they promised is not asking too much. How hard is it to update the alpha/omega character list properly?

My Account is locked to alpha status as well.
In a support ticket i just got the answer i should ask in this blog for getting my account set to Omega properly, so here iam now.

Seems a lot of people are locked to alpha when they shouldn't have been.

My account is locked also, would like to test but can not.

I am experiencing the same issue, however my alt account is omega.
The one thing I can think of is that my main account was automatically resubbed on the 24th, perhaps my omega state was not extended on the mirror and simply allowed to expire?

I havn't seen a single DEV on the forums since the mirror :(

Seems like they barfed all over SISI and left the party because they didn't want to clean up their mess.

I can't very well take part in tests on SISI if my accounts are locked in Alpha stage can I?

At least to me this implies that the accounts which ran out of gametime after the snapshot will have their omega status extended in the near future.
