I just bought a second procurer , and im shopping about for the modules.
i purchased 2 ice harvestors at a certain station. i arrive at said station ... the items are not there o.o?!

i relog and check the items hanger , Nothing......

i purchase another set of them at another station -- arrive at station ---- Nothing!

is EVE at the moment having issues?

Check your buy orders?

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

Did you check the delivery hangars? If it's a citadel, ends up in some delivery hangar. If you paid for it using a corporation wallet, ends up in the delivery hangar for that..

Can't tell you how they're named because super tired and not going to log in for that, but just check. It's in there somewhere..

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

i had to relog 3X and they finally showed up. in the items hanger........... go figure v.v

It's sort of laggy sometimes a the moment. I experienced this too, sort of.

Especially during jumps. Weirdest thing yesterday: I jump through a gate, hit jump to warp to zero to the next gate, grid reload puts me right beside a gate; check reveals it's the system I just jumped from?!? I hit jump again, no animation, grid reloads and I'm in midwarp to the gate in the system I jumped to and where I initiated warp.

Ive had a large delay between hitting the buy button and the order filling and then the actual item into my hangar in the last few weeks. Its rather annoying but never had to relog 3x for it. Was only a delay of up to 20secs maybe. Yet there is a massive slow down in the market areas since Ascension that is very true.

Have you heard anything I've said?

I've had this too. Buy a skill book, no skill book in hangar. Search through transactions to find and confirm. Hangar goes blink and the book appears. Next skill book the same story: 10 or 20 second delay.
Been happening for a couple of months, thought it was related to the rubber banding issue.
