connection problems??

i tried to connect to these, but didn't work:

1. http://binaries.eveonline.com/EveLauncher-1104888.exe
2. https://www.eveonline.com/

Did this after uninstalling the client, as it was giving messages it can't log on.

Even turned off windows firewall.

Why? Has eve been hacked? :)

Update: when troubleshooting, noticed something like "the client (eveonline.com) won't accept connections...". What does this mean? It's Eve's server or my comp's problem?

Can't access those sites as well and can't play eve since morning...getting this when i open the launcher :

anyone knows how to solve this?

its not related to firewalls, antivirus etc, disabled all, doesnt work
rebooted the rooter, flushed dns, same thing

if i connect through a VPN everything is fine, the minute i switch midgame, "socket closed"

the only way it works is if:
1. i start VPN service
2. start the launcher
4. stop VPN
5. launch game from launcher

any idea why this is happening?

for me there are also other sites that are not loading properly...so far amazon and imdb are not loading pictures or stuff....so i think it's a bigger problem than eve launcher...

so i guess is trump related Big smile
