Quick question, I'm not sure if other people have this issue currently (But I do recall a while ago people were complaining about it), but this account is considered to be in Alpha clone status on Singularity, however has been omega for quite some time now on TQ.

I sent a support ticket in, but I was curious if anyone had a suggestion on whom to contact to fix it if there were an alternative to the ticket.

(I tried searching on the forums here but it was lacking in results).
