EC Jobs halted and not starting back again.

Hey.

I have a raitaru and it was in armor RF. In that time all jobs (ME TE Copy) were halted as usual. When i defended at the last RF it repaired it self and now its secure and i onlined the research lab.

Here is the problem, none of the previous jobs started back. My raitaru cant do no more Copy or TE jobs, only ME facility is avaible. When i try to do anything else that i should be able to it says "Activity not supported in this facility.".

Any way to start my jobs back again and get my raitaru to do all jobs which research lab enables?

If ME is available the service module is fueled and functional. The jobs should restart. I suspect you've uncovered a bug and recommend you file a ticket.

Good to hear that. I thought maybe its something normal within game mechanics. I filed a ticket 2 days ago and i hope ccp will make my EC work again.

Still no reply from ccp and my jobs are halted and cant put any new jobs (TE/Copy) to my raitaru.

Anyone having same problem? Or know any way to fix this?

Flush your cache.

You may not be seeing the current state, because of the cache.

What state does the API show the jobs in? [Use EvEmon or similar.]

Cleared cache and still the same. Checked with EveHQ and looks like this;

BPO: Fighter Support Unit I Blueprint,
Job: "Copying" ,
End Time: "15/01/2017 08:42:46 +02:00",
Time to Complete: "Complete"
Status: "Paused"

End time is passed so it says complete but also says paused. So not complete.

Ingame shows end date also passed but status says halted.

Stupid-sounding question: when you mouse-over the pause button, or right-click it, is there a tool-tip or context menu?

I'm wondering if the job can be started.

I had the same problem with POS jobs, however, I just don't remember how I fixed it. Ugh

I submitted support ticket explained what heappened. I first wanted to hear from gms if this is within game mechanics or not. Thats why i opened this thread like 1-2 day after my ticket.

It only says "stop" and turns in to "confirm" if i hit "stop".

I put another Raitaru in the same system and this one also not working properly. Only ME facility is working, cant put any new TE or Copy jobs.

It has fuel and Standup Research Lab is fitted..

I'm having a similar problem with a freshly planted Azbel. ME is available, but TE and Copy are not available. No response from CCP as of yet.

Current workaround is as follows:

offline all services
online a service that you DO NOT intend to use
online a service that you DO intend to use
offline the first service

Just got a response today. Try this.
