Come join spectre fleet. Highly active NPSI community.
Almost always a fleet going out. Either announced or unannounced.

I think there were no less than 10 or 15 fleets just this weekend alone.

Good fleet commanders with years of experience. Almost guaranteed content.

- Newbro friendly.
- No skillpoint or omega requirement normally.
- No need to join a corp.

Just X up and shoot stuff!

Its

Spectre Fleet

If you read post #2 by pinkajoo again, you will see all the info you need. They are great fun and a good way to learn fleet pvp by listening to what people say on coms and write in chat.

Yes. Without the S at the end there..
Just join ingame channel "Spectre Fleet".

Unless you know someone who's good at PVP or have a corp that can teach you or something - I think it's one of the best ways to learn PVP.
Fly in a gang as a DPS or tackle. Your responsibility is just to be at the right place and to follow orders.
You can observe how the mechanics of PVP in EVE works.
Also you can observe how enemies behave. Different tactics employed. etc.
Ask people in the chat what you need to know before your first fleet. You will probably get some funny "wise-guy" answers (dont take offense, it's just how this gang of scrub pirates talk) and you will get helpful answers.

I have learned alot by doing this. Stuff I never imagined. It helps me travel safer through PVP space and I've even landed a couple of solo PVP kills.
