Can you destroy a 0.9 defenceman system (like the one on the rookie station)? I mean, in a fleet.

CONCORD acts as an unstoppable force of consequence for anyone breaking the law in high security space

No.

NPC stations are, for all intents and purposes, "immortal" and cannot be destroyed.

If it was possible to destroy them... well... imagine the chaos that would happen if the largest player alliances in the game decided to nuke Jita 4-4.

If you think that this would not be possible... well... consider this:

1000 people all in "suicide ganking" Tornados (which, ballpark, deal 9,000 to 12,000 damage per volley) will deal about 9,000,000 to 12,000,000 damage in the first strike.

That is enough to nuke any ship (except a Titan).

And for reference, the smallest Citadel has roughly 21.6 million HP

In missions you come across structures that can be targeted and shot but do not take damage. I would assume stations are like that. A quick trip to SiSi could confirm or refute that.

Well, there was Malkalen

And there are a couple stations in Yulai which have seen better days.

But generally, sorry OP. Not possible.

No idea what is Jita 4-4. I didn't get the geography yet.

So if I own a Keepstar and have alliance with me, defending me, even this is not able to stop it?

Jita 4-4 : The largest trade hub in the game. System population averages between 1500 to 2200 every day with most of those people in one specific station.
Average amount of ISK and ISK value moved per day in that station is upwards of several tens of trillions of ISK.

Regarding Citadels and CONCORD... I am not sure you can even shoot at NPCs with one. And I am pretty sure that you cannot shoot at players who are not legal targets (in high-sec that is).

Assuming you could... no. CONCORD removes whole percentages of HP from their target.
And they also disable any and all ship capabilities... including your repair systems.
Understand this; it is actually considered an exploit to be able to tank or avoid CONCORD's wrath in any way shape or form.

The Jita system in Caldari space is a big market, if not the biggest. The space station located at the 4th planet, 4th moon is the best stocked station in all of the Jita system.

With the mob mentality of eve gamers, if they could shoot Jita 4-4 and destroy it, somebody had already organized thousands of gamers from all over the world to do it.

OK, stop talking about Jina, I got it, that you are unable to destroy it!

Then there's Jita, which is the busiest trade hub in EvE (sadly - make Yulai great again!). If an NPC station could be destroyed, Jita would have been already. There have been "burn Jita" events where large player groups interdicted Jita and destroyed a bunch of ships in Jita. Folks carried on, however, and because the Jita station itself can't be destroyed, Jita continued to be the biggest tradehub in the game. Jita can't be destroyed. Have you heard about Jita?

NPC stations cannot be destroyed by players.

Player owned stations/citadels CAN be destroyed by other players, IF one group of players wants to destroy a particular player owned station/citadel badly enough. Whether or not they will succeed depends on how many ships they can bring to shoot the station/citadel, and how many players show up to defend the station/citadel.

Every single ship and item that a player can own in this game can be destroyed. The only thing that is effectively immortal is your clone, because you will always respawn in a new clone every time your current clone dies.
