Issues, Workarounds & Localization

As the title suggests, whenever I look in particular angles the framerate drops from 60 to 30. Framerate are fixed to 60 or else I'm experiencing "waves" across the screen constantly.

I've observed it a while now, on all maps I come across. I've tried just about every setting ingame, fiddled with the GPU settings, but nothing seems to matter. I haven't done a reinstall (though verified the files for no avail), would prefer not to, but as it's getting annoying and problematic at least if I need to observe combatants in my area, as while in the angle, I losses sight of them.

Everything is up-to-date and I can list my setup if required, but if someone had knowledge about this issue and a quick/easy fix at hand without all that, it would be great.
