Bondhalla: Yet Another Silvermane Bond


I've been working on a project primarily focused on SP farming alts (but not exclusively so) and my cattle call for stripped alts with the requisite skills has gone far better than anticipated. After discussing with my existing financiers (disclosure: currently only Roedyn), I am posting to advise that I will be seeking an additional 10 billion ISK in funding. The terms of this debt instrument will be as follows:


  1. 10 Billion (10'000'000'000.00) ISK in principal
  2. 3% Interest, paid monthly starting March 1st, with an extra half-month's of interest paid on that date if this instrument fills prior to 01/24/2017.
  3. Open-ended bond - principal repaid only on request for cashout or at my leisure.
  4. ISK spent primarily on illiquid assets - cashout requests should anticipate minimum 1 week per billion requested.
  5. Collateral: None

I may seek additional debt instruments in the future as opportunities to expand this project permit; any such expansion will be done only after discussion with existing financiers so any concerned parties are given the opportunity to request cashing out.

I would like to reiterate that the expected repayment of the principal for this project is at least a year out; please do not invest in this anticipating you will need the money next month (although if you do request a cashout at that time I will do my best to accommodate regardless).

As it happens, I believe that the entirety of this bond may be being filled by an as-yet-anonymous third party who has indicated as of 3 hours ago that they are interested; if they ultimately decline to fill it themselves I will let you know as soon as possible.

Would never know if by some space magic the ISK ends up with some Dethmane Silvermourne. Or I could have been hallucinating during the process. Glad it wasn't the case.
