So, just randomly happened while I was sitting at the couch/idling to go do something afk, when I came back I saw my character sprite change from normal to this:

tried fiddling around with alllll the graphics settings, even tried character customization. The issue does not present in CC nor do any settings seem to change this effect at all. Logging/relogging/using another character doesn't fix the issue nor does the other character suffer from the issue. Was working entirely fine all night yesterday and until this today.
