I have a jump clone installed in another station but when ever i click 'jump' on my character screen it asks me if i want to install another clone. Obviously this isnt what i want...ive tried this in stations with and without cloning factilities.

I know they worked recently....am i doing something wrong?

When you "jump" to one of your clone bodies you have "install" your current clone body.

Yeah... weird wording... but you are doing it right.

Also note that there is a 900,000 ISK fee for "installing" your current body as a clone in the station you are leaving.

Note that if you are in a statioN where you already have a clone, it will be replaced by the new body.

it's quite confusing, i was having issues trying to understand the 'jump' and 'install' untill i realised the 2 options offered are different but similar.

Basically, the jump option allows you to install your current active clone into that station. Giving you the freedom to jump to any of your installed clones from any clone bay in new eden. Without having to use up one of your informorth clone slots. This option can be useful for moving jump clones to new stations and locations.

The install clone option would install your current active clone in that station then putting you in a new blank clone using up one of your clone slots - ( informorth skill)

Jump option - Installs current active clone, you jump to one of your other clones.
Install Option - Installs current active clone, you jump into a clean clone. ( using up informorth skill slot )

the confusion comes from seeing the 'Install' option twice after jump or and install.

hope that makes sence.
