I actually had a couple of mining ospreys in hangers when I came back after an 8 year break.

I don't particularly want the mining osprey returned. I do wish the osprey weren't so hideous to look at.

A long time ago, the osprey was a mining cruiser, like every race had one, these ships had the same hull, but had mining bonuses, it was to make up for the lack of progression from nothing to the mining barges.

I don't remember having any fun with a near non-existant ore hold, basically forcing you to jetcan mine.
