Strange Graphic Fluttering

My system:

ASUS P7P55D PRO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (4 x 2GIntel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor BX80605I5750B) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMX8GX3M4A1600C9
2x XFX Radeon HD 5770, crossfired

I'm seeing a strange graphical fluttering whenever I open either the Fitting Screen or the Planetary viewer at stations. It's only these screens and it looks like parts of the graphics stutter and cause other open windows to stutter too. The menus and station background never, just the open windows.

Has anyone else encountered this? I'm wondering if it is a driver incompatibility. It's a minor annoyance, but one I'd like to fix regardless.
