Nothing is unkillable. Tengu is pretty good though. Following is what I used often on my alt L Dopa. Its expensive yeah but its pretty tough for a gang without specilized ships designed to kill it to beat.

DPS: 671 OH (these are always overheated and repaired during reload)
Tank: 2300 / 2900 (overheated booster) - I always run strong blue pill so I end up with 3800 tank
Cap Stable @ 46% / Pulsing booster its extremely hard to cap out with a neut or two, need a dedicated nuet bonused ship.
Dropping the damage mods and going for max tank can almost hit 5k tank permarunning.

Take a look at my alts L Dopa's loss in his last Tengu. Fight lasted 10 mins or more, escalated from a dictor that tackled me which I killed to two maladictions, 2 sleipnirs, cerberus, proteus, cynabal and then an Aeon, which still couldn't kill the one tengu, finally they dropped an additional Hel and it went down...

My 1st favourite ship in EVE now is nothing more than this ship that i got some few weeks ago Blink

Because that ships is a gift from god when we as mercenaries are moving from contracts to contracts, or from places to places with alot of our other ships and that.

But as for actual PVP ships, the Machariel have to be my 2nd favourite ship atm for just pure pew pew or for the type of PVP we do. Because first, it looks freaking awesome and it does the thing it's built to do pretty good, and that's to shoot / kill things effectively.
