How about making the distribution of Thera WH's a little bit better, often you get 5 or so clustered together, I am assuming because its random and it happens.

Essentially you just need to add an algorithm so that they spawn a bit more spread out.

Promotes content.

random should be as random as possible clusters are not an issue
