Blood DED 5/10 fitting (Low Skills)

I'm looking for a ship fit for a fairly low skill character that can run the blood ded 5/10 site. All I see is Tengu's and other 40+ day training to even pilot ships, I'm trained up in drones and some missiles I have a budget of about 300-400m armor tanking is fine but I'm trained more in shield tanking. I can do tech 2 shield. Thanks.

The gila fit up there is problematic. Very expensive and the drones will propably be shot out of the sky a lot.

You should google johnnypew blood 5/10 stratios. He has a nice video on youtube with everything explained.

If you don't mind taking a long time, (Navy) Drake. Those have hull bonus to shield resists and lots of mids.

The Navy Drake will apply damage better to frigates and not care what kind of missile you have loaded, but it's more expensive. Blood raiders don't do Guidance Disruption (yet), so you can laugh at most of their ewar.

[Navy Drake]

Highs:
8x Arbalest HAM, missile of choice (in this case, Mjolnir because EM damage).

Mids:
2x Large Shield Extender II
2x EM Ward Field II
1x Thermal Dissipation Field II
1x [afterburner of choice]

Lows:
3x Ballistic Control II
1x Shield Power Relay II

Rigs:
3x Purger II

If you're worried about getting hit while flying around with your loot, swap one of your lows for a Damage Control II or use a field extender in your rigs instead.

The standard Drake isn't as good against Blood Raiders because you only get bonus to kinetic missile damage with that ship, and you really want to be able to shoot EM.
