Loyalty point stores seem to have the **1 to **5 varieties but not the **6, what LP store drops level 6's?

as Xylem said, Concord LP as a reward for doing (Sansha) Incursions.

there's a channel, sorry i forgot the name, for those people who has and sell Concord LP.

i'll update if i can remember the channel or the guy i bought the implant from. :)

Do they actually exist?

There are many items that are in the database but not available to players.

pretty much every LP store has the 1% 3% and 5% implants, where the concord store gets 2%, 4%, and 6% implants. Concord LP comes from running incursions.
