Don't supers insure for a fair bit above titans, making them definitely worthwhile insuring? If the numbers on zkill are correct, which they seem to be regarding titans at least, supers would insure for ~6bn profit, getting you 1/3 of hull cost back on insurance.

They insure better than the titans, but still not probably worthwhile unless you're really sure you're about to lose it. Example, Wyvern:
Basic
Cost: 376,112,205 ISK - Payout: 3,761,122,048 ISK - Gain: 3,385.0mil ISK
Standard
Cost: 752,224,410 ISK - Payout: 4,513,346,458 ISK - Gain: 3,761.1mil ISK
Bronze
Cost: 1,128,336,614 ISK - Payout: 5,265,570,867 ISK - Gain: 4,137.2mil ISK
Silver
Cost: 1,504,448,819 ISK - Payout: 6,017,795,277 ISK - Gain: 4,513.3mil ISK
Gold
Cost: 1,880,561,024 ISK - Payout: 6,770,019,686 ISK - Gain: 4,889.5mil ISK
Platinum
Cost: 2,256,673,229 ISK - Payout: 7,522,244,096 ISK - Gain: 5,265.6mil ISK

My most pressing issue: does this mean rookie ships provided on docking with an empty ship hangar like in stations?

Since mobile depos aren't allowed to be anchored on Citadels anymore, will there be some thing like a Personal Hangar array type feature we can have added to a Citadel to allow supercapitals and titans to maintain their cargo? Also a feature to add an SMA so we're able to refit without requiring a dedicated second character.

My fear is when you remove poses i won't be able to warp off to my pos to refit / cargo manage my ship unless there is either an alt in a T2 industrial / capital ship babysitting it.

Any chance we can get Citadels to NOT reset out setting for if we want to see the ship bay or captains quarters when we dock in normal station? Every time I use a citadel I have to set it back to CQ when I dock at a normal station again. That or give us Citadel CQ's.

You must quit literally be the only person who uses the CQ.

When will the safety will be adjusted.
Currently colors work in opposite way as for "Can you PVP with others" you need to set it to Red.

It is the proper way right now.

Safety off = Red
Safety on = Green

I am excited about this change. But I think the one question on a lot of people's mind is....are there gonna be changes to the rorqual as they seem to be in a very over powered position. Nothing like getting dropped by several capital industrial ships and there is nothing you can do about it. It has great tank decent drone damage and and in groups can prove to be unkillable.

Not only no, but hell no.

Here is a tidbit that I am sure base on your previous request that will draw delicious tears - CCP has said they want to stop noob ships from being able to fit a cyno.

Which might be the single stupidest thing they've suggested in.. well at least the last couple months.

Thanks, this is great!

Any progress on being able to remotely start a manufacturing job in an engineering complex when the blueprint is in a container?
Its on our list, but it's a long list! Thanks for your patience!

I would feel this should be higher on the list of things that need to get fixed. People that do invention and production usually have over the 1,000 item limit if they are doing their trade at any decent level and thus must use containers to sort it all (and most of us have OCD about non-cluttered hangers).

Having to fly over to the EC/s to install jobs when you have levels 3-5 in the remote skills kind of makes you want to bash your head into a wall as that skill is literally wasted SP for these people.

Why does it seem to be so hard to fix something like this when it's a massive QOL issue for producers and researchers? The ones these structures where designed to assist the most?

Can we get the option to kill yourself and destroy your active clone in citadels (with clone bay) please?

Else, some nice additions, hope for the bug fixes ...

The "inventory location" filter is not working, or at least not working correctly in my case. I *really* don't want to see BPs in particular containers so this will be super annoying if not addressed, as sticking BPs in containers currently is the only way to hide them from view in this UI.

any idea if we could possibly get a repair and repackage ability inside the citadels, to be able to get rid of the module clutter?

Not this.
We need a repackaging utility in Titans and Supercarriers fleet hangars. How in the yumpin yimminy am I supposed to carry capital short range guns, haws and long range guns? Without a keepstar in every system, it is impossible. Or allow repackaging on the undock of forts/asshauses. That will keep our fleet hangars nice and efficient.

Just sayin.

FAQ

Q - Can we insure Titans and Supercarriers?

A - Yes but the payouts aren't huge (For example, an Avatar insures at platinum level for 1.1b, and pays out 3.7b)

I never actually understood this idea.

Insurance is supposed to cover most of the cost of the loss of an item. Insurance for a titan pays out a grand total of 3.7 billion ISK, which is roughly the price of a decent module and if not that covers about 2% of the loss of the space frame.

In what sense is this an insurance?

This is an insurance in the same way a t-shirt with "bullet proof" printed on it is bullet proof so long as nobody takes a shot at it.

I'm not saying an insurance shouldn't have a serious cost component to it, and obviously we will try to scam it in some way, because that's what we do, but a 1.1 billion ISK insurance for a 3.7 billion ISK payout to cover the cost of the loss of a 150 billion [ish?] space frame, sans fitting, how exactly is this an insurance?

The only way I see this working in the practical world is when CCP considers this an insurance scam and they laugh themselves silly whenever they discuss people buying this 'insurance' because insuring is exactly what it does not do.

If I see this the wrong way, please disabuse me of my ignorance.

Added an option to reload the ship and fighter HUD to the "Reset Settings" tab of the esc window. (This should hopefully help players continue playing if the HUD becomes broken or unresponsive in high load situations. Always remember to defect any issues you find, even if this option resolves them for you)

Its probably still going to be faster to open the ship tree to do this. Hitting ESC in heavy load is a bit sketchy already.

cool stuff!

here another little thing:
could you make the tether repair drones a bit faster? Waiting 5 minutes to repair those two damaged hobgoblins is a bit much IMO.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

It's not even half as powerful as say a super, yet around half the cost.

Apply Capital Neuts to a Rorqual it dies.

They can only use nexus once and only lasts 360 seconds ish. If you can't apply neuts and kill the drones of an industrial ship and keep it tackled you don't deserve to kill it.

Funny that they are now OP yet the killboards are literally scattered with them. Working as intended i'd say Blink

Those annoying session change timers that got added everywhere....
Are they intended (like in citadels when switching ships and trying to undock etc.)
Or were they an unintended side effect that you've decided to keep?
