I'm having trouble finding accurate information on these beasties. Any ideas or links?

Specifically: Their Warp Core Strength and its Orbit distance? But I'd like as much info as possible please.

worth knowing, thank you!

ooooh, I HOPE so!

Does it have three points of Warp Core Strength? eg: will I need 2x Scrams to hold it still?

Arthimos's real name is Steve. Steve is a mighty fine individual, until you bother him.

He generally likes spending his days holed up in his sleeper compound, with Steve's family. Mrs. Steve, Steve Jr, and Stevette. A kind and caring soul, he flies out with merciless vengeance those who targets his home.

While bothering Steve may seem like suicide, and it generally is, if you find yourself in a pinch and no way out, Steve is a swell guy to call upon to help in taking a few of the heathens with you. If you die at Steve's hand, its as graceful as being punched to death by a cloud of scantly clad angels.

Once Steve is awakened and wreaks havoc without being killed, he will often search for other Steve's. If that happens, the Steve's will band together, hunt down, and secure their system. If you think death at the hand of one Steve was graceful and orgasmic, try 12.

He is my friend...forever bff's. Luv ya Steve.

Just found that. I was looking for the stats too, found it in the youtube comments while working on a fit based on this.

WCS: 3pts.
Orbit distance: 10KM

Has a speed of over 6km/s, so not only points, but webs are necessary.

  • Reliably attacks the largest sig-radius ship present.
  • Neuts like a train (bring combat cap or chew through cap rechargers),
  • Hits like an avalanche,
  • Has huge resist holes: Shield - 20%Therm, Armor - 0% EM

We farm the bastards w/ a fleet comp like so:

DPS:
Gilas (Omega Clones) That 12x light drone equiv is dank af.
Moas (Caldari Alpha Clones) Because it's the prettiest caldari ship. Caldari uber alles
Naga x1 for sniping the Orthrus-class turrets and shooting the uncloaked object

Logi:
Basilisk x3 (two is doable, but with the crusiers as dps it's a bit white-knuckle)

Tackle:
Atrons. Because Brave. (For real. The Arithmos Tyrranos does not target frigates and it gets our AplacaBros a chance to participate, any T1 tackle frigate will work just fine)

Well in my experience:
You need to be able to tank about 2k DPS (while nueted out, he will nuet out a BS in less than 20seconds ).
4 points of Disruption (1 scram at least).
He orbits at 10k while burning fast so you have o be able to get tackle at that range (faction scrams/webs or speed to catch him)
As mentioned you want to do Therm for Shields and EM for Armor (his other resistances are much much higher)

I have used 2 Nestors + 2 Snakes + Eos to run all C5 sites. ~30 minutes for the whole site + drifter. Eos makes a good drone bunny.

ok, i've figured it out and farm them using standard C5 remote cap boosting rattles and a drifter tackle boat.

just have one of the rattles refit to an LSE or two to pump up their sig radius and have that rattle spawn the drifter and aggress first.

the rest of the rattles then turn off their shield boosters and point an extra cap transfer at the now neuted to hell dummy rattle.

warp in your tackle boat of choice, apply four or more points of scram and as many webs as you can pack. the only proviso here is that you have a sig radius smaller than your target dummy. if your tackle boat can also bring some DPS, that speeds up the process.

use Thermal damage for the shields and EM for the armour.

this is something I generally only do in fleets with four or more, but it certainly milks the most out of the available sites and gets the biggest bang for your Exploration Tax buck.

There are much easier ways of doing it, and we've had good luck doing them with as little as 3 ships.

My name is Jonn Duune, and I wholeheartedly support the message posted above.

i'm sure it's possible, however there's that great festering mountain of EHP to chew through. more ships = more DPS = faster site times.
