trying to launch eve and i keep getting this message "version info not available" or it just sat please wait.

Edit: tried to run repair and it gives me a error

tried to restart and same error

tried to run as Admin same error

im at a loss on what to do

anyone have any info. pleas i would like to play the game i am paying for, 99% of the threads i look at are dead or for the old launcher
