is anyone else locked out of their accounts right now?

worked fine 2 days ago, came back to 6 files that were 26mb together. launcher took 2 hours to download them and now that i try to log in i get this

so my account doesnt exist anymore it seems because im not located anywhere and my moneys gone. portrait is grayed out and it makes a clinking sound when i click it.

i already have a ticket filed just wondered if anyone else is currently having trouble logging in.
i started downloading the launcher files at 10pm, its now 2am. almost 4 hours.

Hey there. I had the exact same problem a week or so ago. The launcher started updating, barfed and screwed things up.

I had exactly the same character screen as your screen shot. I'm trying to recall what I did to fix it.

I tried running the repair tool and that gave some error message about see a log file, looked for the logfile at the stated location and it didn't exist.

What I did that fixed it, on the launcher, top right there are 3 or 4 bars and a drop down that has Server List as the top item, I think it was the shared cache option that I used. It checked some stuff then said it was checking 70,000 files (in the shared area iirc), which took a minute or two, and that fixed it.

I am getting the same thing today,

and what three bars are you talking about? The only 3 bars I have are in a chat bubble that is a news dropdown menu

On the Launcher, top right, there are some bars next to the minimize and close icons. Use the Shared Cache > Verify option.

Check EVE's shared cache (Launcher -> Shared Cache -> Verify) and you should also consider clearing the game cache (Esc -> Reset Settings -> Clear All Cache Files).

In the future please post any issues you have (after filing a Support or Bug Ticket respectively ) in the Issues, Workarounds Sub Forum.
