You could consider Anoikis there are plenty of unclaimed systems out there. Of course living out there comes with it's own challenges, Anoikis seems to breed a certain strain of paranoia among capsuleers.

The deadliest threat to life and peace in the known Universe is the Gallente Federation. There can be no peace while it exists. If you can offer a peaceful way for them to abolish their Federal charter and undone them as a political entity, then we could talk.

Otherwise I prefer to act like they taught us to act: to reply on violence with greater violence. Efficiently and professionally. And we will keep doing that until they have teeth, until they have weapons that they use to kill innocents.
