Hi
I'm in a new corp in deep null sec so the system is mostly safe from interlopers.

Local rats are blood raider. I should have my cruiser skills in a few days for all races. Can anybody recommend a ship and fit to an ignorant newbro.

Aquiring modules here is a bit of nightmare so i probably will need the fitted ship freightered in.

Thx.

Blood raiders use lasers (em/thermal) and nuet out your capacitor.

I recommend anything with a passive shield regen setup. So missile launchers or projectiles for damage and a passive shield fit that is stacked with passive em/therm resists. You either need enough buffer to outlast the site your are running or enough passive regen to keep up with the incoming damage. I'd recommend a passive regen setup.

Look at caldari and minmatar ships for this sort of setup.

The other option is a fit that is cap injected to maintain your capacitor. The charges are a hassle to manage for pve, so this is possible and allows both armor and shield tanking as options, but has the drawback of needing cap booster charges.

And whatever you do, try everything in an asteroid belt, so you can warp away if things go sideways.

Use the modules the blood raider drop there or hoard them at least. If you like I can come over real quick and give you a hand Smile

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!
