Change to access the mobile tractor unit - Password and Hacking

Dear ladies and gentlemen of CCP, dear players,

Right now only the character who deploys the MTU is the only one who has access to it. My suggestion is to build a "password" or "rights" button so the player can give access to others ( alts or corpmates for example ). To make it more interesting MTUs could be also open for hacking ( exploration skill ) by other players. On the other hand if a alien player tries to attack or hack a MTU there could be an alert message send to the owner.

the point was for them to be personnel structures the headache of them only being usable by one person is by design to balance them

While I agree with the basics here I would suggest praying to the great loot gods of EvE before you shoot it might work better.

-1 to the op, the only change needed for the MTU in all of it's versions is to remove them from the game.

These are and should remain personal structures. A sharable MTU is called an Orca.

The OP states about MTU but sounds like he wants more of the Mobile Depot, that is why I am asking...

I agree with hacking them, would be nice to steal mission runner's loot while he can only helplessly watch you in his noctis :P
Not sure why would you need sharing. The one that needs tractors should drop MTU and that's it.
